2. A morte Jeff Hanneman.

3. O hoax envolvendo a falsa morte do Lemmy Kilmister, que surgiu aqui no Brasil e quase causou um óbito verdadeiro (o meu, no caso).

4. A invasão de festas Open Bar com DJs tocando o que há de mais badalado no metal, o que diminuiu ainda mais a quantidade de shows.

5. 2013 foi o ano das bandas covers e tributos, consequentemente as casas continuam dando um espaço bem menor para as bandas autorais.
